Welcome to HabitualOS. By accessing or using any HabitualOS-powered application, service, or platform (“Platform”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Use of the Platform

You must provide accurate information at registration and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only as permitted by law and these Terms. The Platform is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free performance, or any specific outcomes. You use the Platform at your own risk.

You may not:

  • Access another user’s data without permission
  • Post illegal, abusive, or infringing content
  • Use the Platform for emergency care or real-time clinical monitoring
  • Tamper with or reverse-engineer the codebase
  • Mine or scrape data for external use
  • Impersonate another individual or organization

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or misuse the Platform.

If you are under 18, you may only use the Platform under the supervision of a parent, legal guardian, or authorized provider. Providers are responsible for ensuring compliance with legal and ethical obligations in their jurisdiction.

Mobile Access

If you use a HabitualOS mobile app, it may be subject to additional terms from Apple, Google, or your device provider. By using the mobile version, you consent to updates and performance monitoring.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of California. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Santa Clara County, California.

Intellectual Property

HabitualOS owns all rights to the Platform, including all content, branding, and design. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Platform as intended. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the software or content.

Limitation of Liability

HabitualOS provides tools to support personal growth, habit tracking, and client engagement. We do not provide medical services and are not responsible for any advice or content provided by third-party practitioners using the Platform. If you are in crisis or require urgent care, do not use this Platform. Instead, contact emergency services or go to the nearest clinic.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HabitualOS is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by you to use the Platform in the past 12 months, if any.

Termination

You may stop using the Platform at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue or restrict access for any reason, including misuse or violation of these Terms.
